Wholesale Program
Our wholesale program provides flexibility when you are faced with patients who wish to purchase equipment with their own funds, do not have coverage for the type of equipment prescribed, etc.
Program Outline
Step 1: We send you units at no cost (on consignment) to keep in your clinic so that you have them available for patients in need of pain relief.

Step 2: When you prescribe a unit to a patient, simply fill out the Patient Data Card (PDC) included with each unit and a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) and fax both of the forms to us toll-free. [Download Forms]
Step 3: We will bill you for the unit at slightly over our cost. Your office bills and collects the fitting, rental and purchase.
Step 4: We provide your patients with the supplies they need, e.g. electrodes, batteries, lead wires, etc. for as long as they have a need for them, and in accordance with the Letter of Medical Necessity.
